摘要 试验旨在研究发酵中药替代部分日粮对蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响。选取20 000只280日龄蛋鸡,分为2组,每组5个重复,每个重复2 000只蛋鸡。对照组蛋鸡饲喂基础日粮,试验组以2%发酵中药等量替代基础日粮。试验期30 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验组的破蛋率显著降低(P<0.05),死淘率极显著降低(P<0.01),料蛋比降低趋势不显著(P>0.05),试验组蛋鸡的平均日采食量略高于对照组(P>0.05)。试验组鸡蛋的蛋形指数、蛋壳厚度、蛋壳重量均优于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05),试验组鸡蛋的A级蛋比例(蛋壳颜色比色扇6级以上蛋占试验蛋总数比例)极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),哈夫单位极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。试验组蛋鸡比对照组的日均综合经济效益提高79.74元。研究表明,使用发酵中药替代部分日粮可提高蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质,降低蛋鸡生产成本,从而提高经济效益。 The experiment was to study the effect of replacing part of diet with fermented Chinese medicine on performance and egg quality of laying hens. Twenty thousand 280-day-old laying hens were divided into two groups,with five replicates in each group and 2 000 laying hens in each replicate. Laying hens in control group were fed a basal diet, and the hens in experimental group were fed 2% fermented traditional Chinese medicine equal amount instead of basal diet. The experiment lasted for 30 d. The results showed that compared with control group, the breaking rate of laying hens in experimental group was significantly decreased(P<0.05), the mortality rate was extremely decreased(P<0.01), and the feed to egg ratio was not significantly decreased(P>0.05). The average daily feed intake of laying hens in experimental groups was slightly higher than that in control group(P>0.05). The egg weight index, eggshell thickness,eggshell experimental group were superior to control group, but no significant difference(P>0.05), the eggs of grade A proportion(eggshell color than the color fan above level 6 eggs percentage of total test eggs) of experimental group was extremely higher than that of control group(P<0.01), egg protein hough units was extremely higher than that of control group(P<0.01). The average daily comprehensive economic benefit of laying hens in experimental group was 79.74 yuan higher than that in control group. The experiment indicates that replacing part of diet with fermented Chinese medicine can improve the performance and egg quality of laying hens, reduce the production cost of laying hens, and improve economic benefit.
