本指南主要参考近5年国际脑性瘫痪康复循证依据及相关指南,在《中国脑性瘫痪康复指南(2015)》基础上,结合2022年6月以前国内外发表的医学文献及研究成果,综合我国儿童康复医学专家的共同意见修订形成的循证实践指南。简介简要介绍《中国脑性瘫痪康复指南(2022)》编委会机构及人员组成,修订版大纲,修订版序,指南制定和修订背景、原则及过程,指南的应用说明及修订计划,指南的证据水平及推荐强度。

This guideline mainly refers to the evidence-based basis and relevant guidelines of international rehabilitation of cerebral palsy in the past 5 years,and is revised to form the based on Chinese Rehabilitation Guidelines for Cerebral Palsy(2015),combined with the medical literature and research results published at home and abroad before June 2022,and combined with the common opinions of Chinese pediatric rehabilitation medical experts.The introduction briefly introduces the organizations and personnel composition of the Editorial Committee of the Chinese Rehabilitation Guidelines for Cerebral Palsy(2022),the revised outline,the revised preface,the background,principles and process of the formulation and revision of the guidelines,the application description and the revision plan of the guidelines,the evidence level and recommendation strength of the guidelines.
