复合益生菌制剂对肉仔鸡生长性能、肠道屏障功能及肠道菌群的影响 被引量:13

Effects of Compound Probiotics on Growth Performance,Intestinal Barrier Function and Intestinal Microflora of Broiler Chickens

摘要 试验旨在研究复合益生菌制剂对肉仔鸡生长性能、肠道屏障功能和肠道菌群的影响。选取400只1日龄肉公鸡,随机分成5组,每组8个重复,每个重复10只鸡。空白对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮,复合益生菌Ⅰ组在基础饲粮中添加100 mg/kg复合益生菌制剂,复合益生菌Ⅱ组在基础饲粮中添加300 mg/kg复合益生菌制剂,金霉素组在基础饲粮中添加50 mg/kg金霉素,恩拉霉素组在基础饲粮中添加10 mg/kg恩拉霉素。试验期42 d。结果表明:1~42日龄,复合益生菌Ⅰ、Ⅱ组和恩拉霉素组的平均日增重(ADG)显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05),饲料转化效率(FCR)显著低于空白对照组(P<0.05),复合益生菌Ⅱ组、金霉素组和恩拉霉素组闭合蛋白(Claudin-2)的mRNA相对表达量显著增加(P<0.05);各处理空肠黏膜紧密连接蛋白(Occludin)的mRNA相对表达量显著增加(P<0.05);各处理组空肠黏膜分泌型免疫球蛋白(sIgA)的m RNA相对表达量显著增加(P<0.05)。复合益生菌Ⅰ组盲肠中乳酸杆菌数量显著增加(P<0.05),大肠杆菌数量显著降低(P<0.05);复合益生菌Ⅰ、Ⅱ组盲肠中产气荚膜梭菌数量显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加复合益生菌制剂(100 mg/kg)可提高肉鸡生长性能及肠道屏障功能,增加肠道有益菌数量,降低有害菌数量,对动物肠道健康有重要作用。 The trial was designed to investigate the effects of compound probiotics on the growth performance,intestinal barrier function and intestinal microflora of broiler chickens.Four hundred one-dayold male broiler chickens were randomly divided into five groups with eight replicates per group and 10chickens per replicate.The control group was fed with corn-soybean basal diet,and four treatments were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 100 mg/kg compound probiotics,300 mg/kg compound probiotics,50 mg/kg chlortetracycline and 10 mg/kg enramycin,respectively.The experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed that broilers in compound probioticsⅠgroup,compound probioticsⅡgroup and enramycin group had higher ADG and lower FCR than those in the control group from day 1 to day 42(P<0.05).The mRNA expression of Claudin-2 in compound probioticsⅡgroup,chlortetracycline group and enramycin group was up-regulated significantly(P<0.05).The mRNA expression of jejunal muosa Occludin and sIgA in all treatments were up-regulatedsignificantly(P<0.05).The number of Lactobacillus in the cecum in the compound probioticsⅠgroup increased significantly(P<0.05).The num-ber of Escherichia coli in the cecum in the com-pound probioticsⅠgroup reduced significantly(P<0.05).The number of Clostridium perfringens in the cecum in the compound probioticsⅠgroup and com-pound probioticsⅡgroup reduced significantly(P<0.05).In conclusion,the addition of 100 mg/kg com-pound probiotics to feed improved the growth performance,enhanced intestinal barrier function,in-creased the number of beneficial bacteria and decreased the number of harmful bacteria in the cecum,which played an important role in animal intestinal health.
