一种复合材料壳体与三元乙丙绝热层共固化粘接胶膜的研制 被引量:2

The Development of Co-cured Structure Adhesive Films for Bonding Composite Shell and EPDM Insulation Layer

摘要 采用环氧树脂、自制的溴化三元乙丙橡胶、固体羧基丁腈橡胶、特种工程塑料,配合相应的固化剂和硫化剂,制备了一种复合材料与三元乙丙绝热层共固化粘接胶膜。当溴化三元乙丙橡胶用量为40phr,固体羧基丁腈橡胶用量为20phr,PSF用量为25phr时,该胶膜获得了良好粘接性能,其常温和120℃下的复合材料剪切强度分别达到了20MPa和8MPa以上,常温断裂伸长率为18.94%,常温180°剥离强度为59.29N/cm。同时该胶膜具有良好的耐热性能,其5%热失重时的温度达到324.61℃。 The epoxy resin and self-made brominated EPDM rubber are used as the matrix, the solid carboxyl nitrile rubber and specific engi-neering plastics are used as toughening agents, and corresponding curing agents and vulcanizing agents are added to prepare a new type co-cured ad-hesive films for EPDM insulation layer. When the amount of brominated EPDM rubber is 40phr, the amount of solid carboxyl nitrile rubber is 20phr,and the amount of PSF is 25phr, the epoxy structure adhesive film exhibits excellent bonding performance: at room temperature and 120 ℃, the shear strength of the structure adhesive film reaches 20MPa and 8MPa respectively. At room temperature, the elongation at break of the structure adhesive film is 18.94%, and the 180° peel strength is as high as 59.29N/cm. At the same time, the film has good heat resistance, the temperature is 324.61 ℃ when the thermal weight loss is 5%.
