一种2k PU园林地坪漆用叔碳酸乙烯酯共聚乳液的研制

Development of a Tertiary Vinyl Carbonate Copolymer Emulsion for 2k PU Garden Floor Paint

介绍了一种用于双组分聚氨酯园林地坪漆,是以叔碳酸乙烯酯为主要单体的含有羟基的共聚乳液H-928D。H-928D乳液是以VV-10、BA、MMA和IBOMA为主要单体,以4-HBA、AA和A-174为交联单体,以上海光普化工有限公司H-870A和CO-1220为乳化体系,采用“细乳液”聚合工艺聚合而成的。由于疏水、支链化、多异构体的叔碳基团通过聚合反应嵌入聚合物分子链,H-928D含有羟基的叔碳酸乙烯酯共聚乳液性能优异。以H-928D乳液为主要成膜物质,与脂肪族异氰酸酯交联固化的聚氨酯水性地坪漆性能满足GB/T 22374-2018要求。

A copolymer emulsion H-928D containing hydroxyl group with tertiary vinyl carbonate as the main monomer for 2k PU garden floor paint is introduced.With VV-10,BA,MMA and IBOMA as the main monomers,and 4-HBA,AA and A-174 as the crosslinking monomers,H-928D emulsion is prepared by the‘miniemulsion’polymerization process with H-870A and CO-1220 as emulsification system which are from Shanghai Guangpu Chemical Co.,Ltd.Due to the hydrophobic,branched and multi-isomeric tertiary carbon groups being embedded in the molecular chains of polymer through polymerization reaction,H-928D tertiary vinyl carbonate copolymer emulsion containing hydroxyl groups has excellent performance.With H-928D emulsion as the primary film-forming material,the waterborne floor paint cured by crosslinking with aliphatic isocyanate can meet the floor coating standard of GB/T 22374-2018.
