摘要
试验优选MS预聚物为主体黏料,纳米碳酸钙为填料,复配适量的增塑剂、硅烷偶联剂和催化剂等功能助剂制得适用于装配式建筑的硅烷改性聚醚密封胶。考察了MS预聚物黏度、纳米碳酸钙粒径、增塑剂与偶联剂种类对密封胶性能的影响。试验结果表明,以黏度6s/10g的MS预聚物粘料所制的密封胶模量为0.27MPa、拉伸强度1.33MPa、断裂伸长率670%、100%内聚粘接破坏;采用KS-80与KS-100按照1∶1复配作为密封胶填料,所制MS胶100%模量低、拉伸强度1.08MPa、断裂伸长率942%、弹性恢复率84%;聚醚三元醇增塑剂溶胀性1.9%、拉伸粘接效果好;环氧基LT-560偶联剂制胶,所制密封胶弹性伸长率1170%,100%拉伸模量为0.22%,适用于装配式建筑粘接、密封施工需求。
The MS prepolymer is preferably used as the main adhesive and the nano-calcium carbonate is used as filler combined with appropri-ate amounts of plasticizer, silane coupling agent, catalyst and other functional additives to prepare a silane-modified polyether sealant for prefabricat-ed buildings. The effects of MS prepolymer viscosity, nano calcium carbonate particle size, plasticizer and coupling agent types on the performance of the sealant are investigated. The test results show that the sealant made of MS prepolymer adhesive with a viscosity of 6s/10g has a modulus of0.27MPa, a tensile strength of 1.33MPa, an elongation at break of 670% and a 100% cohesive bond failure;When the KS-80 and KS-100 are com-pounded according to 1:1 as the sealant filler, the prepared MS glue has a low 100% modulus, a tensile strength of 1.08MPa, an elongation at break of942% and an elastic recovery rate of 84%;The swelling property of the polyether trihydric alcohol plasticizer is 1.9%, and the tensile bonding effect is good;when the epoxy-based LT-560 coupling agent is used, the elastic elongation of sealant is 1170%, and the 100% tensile modulus is 0.22%,which can meet the bonding and sealing construction requirements of prefabricated buildings.
