单组分脱醇型硅橡胶的制备及其性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 优选α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷为107胶,通过采用乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、氢氧化钠封端后制备出硅橡胶基胶聚二甲基硅氧烷低聚物,以填料纳米碳酸钙增硬补强。搭配加入交联剂、偶联剂、钛酸酯化合物等功能助剂,研制出一种贮存性能稳定、粘接性能优异的脱醇型RTV-1硅橡胶产品。试验研究了交联剂、补强填料以及钛酸酯化合物工艺量对硅橡胶贮存效果和粘接性能的影响。研究结果发现,选用封端107胶100份,碳酸钙填料120份补强,交联剂5份、催化剂4份,以此配方研制的脱醇型硅橡胶具有最优的贮存性能和粘接力学性能,有良好的发展前景。 Preferably, the α,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane is selected as the 107 glue, and the silicone rubber based polydimethylsiloxane oligomer is prepared by end-capping with the vinyl trimethoxysilane and sodium hydroxide. The nano calcium carbonate is used as filler for hardening and reinforcement, with the addition of cross-linking agent, coupling agent, titanate compound and other functional additives, a one-component deal-coholized RTV-1 silicone rubber products with long storage period and good bonding effect has been developed. The effects of the amount of crosslinking agent, reinforcing filler and titanate compound on the storage and bonding performance of silicone rubber have been tested and studied. The results of the study find that the dealcoholized silicone rubber has the best storage performance, bonding performance and a good development prospect with this formula as follow: 100phr of end-capped 107 glue, 120phr of calcium carbonate filler for reinforcement, 5phr of crosslinking agent and 4phr of catalyst.
