摘要
文中根据带式输送机现有头部漏斗结构在混凝土砂、石骨料输送过程中存在的问题,分析了砂、石骨料经带式输送机头部滚筒抛料至头部漏斗内的运动过程,找出了产生问题的原因,对现有结构进行了改进优化,运用离散元软件对现有结构和改进后的结构分别进行了仿真计算。通过仿真分析对比和现场运行反馈,优化后的头部漏斗不仅噪声降低、磨损减轻、砂石骨料的卸料更加顺畅,且头部漏斗结构的质量减轻,节省了成本。
In this paper,according to the existing head funnel structure of belt conveyor and the problems existing in the process of conveying concrete sand and stone aggregate,the process of throwing sand and stone aggregate into the head funnel through the head drum of belt conveyor is analyzed,the causes of the problems are found out,the existing structure is improved and optimized,and the existing structure and the improved structure are simulated by discrete element software.Through simulation analysis and comparison and field operation feedback,the optimized head funnel can not only reduce noise and wear,but also make the unloading of aggregate smoother,and the quality of the head funnel structure is reduced,saving cost.
