基于投影追踪—HAZUS原理的洪灾评估--以马洋溪流域为例

摘要 研究旨在建立马洋溪流域洪灾评估指标体系,评估其洪灾风险等级。通过深度-损失百分比函数,对洪灾损失进行初步评估,以期为河流洪灾风险分析提供技术支撑。首先,用投影追踪法对各评价指标数据进行线性投影处理,得到马洋溪流域洪灾程度综合指标,并进行分级评估;其次,根据HAZUS原理,利用住宅建筑灾后损失数据建立深度-损失百分比曲线;最后,为转移马洋溪流域居民室内财产的洪水损失风险,设计了保险方案。研究结果表明,马洋溪流域洪灾风险最高的地区为十里村,风险等级为Ⅱ级;开发的深度-损失百分比函数能够快速准确的对洪灾损失进行初步评估。该研究确定了洪灾风险等级,具有实用性,为该地区的洪灾防范奠定了坚实的基础。 In order to provide technical support for river flood risk analysis,the flood assessment index system of Mayangxi Basin was established to evaluate its flood risk level,and the preliminary assessment of the flood loss was carried out through the Depth-Loss percentage function.Firstly,linear projection processing was carried out on the data of each evaluation index by projection tracing method to obtain the comprehensive index of the flood degree in Mayangxi Basin,and then graded evaluation was carried out.Secondly,according to the HAZUS principle,the depth-loss percentage curve was established based on the post-disaster loss data of residential buildings.Finally,an insurance scheme was designed to transfer the flood loss risk of residents′indoor property in Mayangxi Basin.The research results showed that the highest flood risk area in Mayangxi Basin is Shili Village,and the risk level was Grade II.The depth-loss percentage function developed can be used to evaluate flood damage quickly and accurately.The flood risk level was determined,which is practical and has laid a solid foundation for flood prevention in this area.
