摘要
为解决在深部回采巷道底鼓现象频发的大环境下,采用切槽卸压法难以确定合适的切槽尺寸的问题。提出了一种用于确定多因素影响下的巷道底板切槽深度的预测模型,以南关煤业3210工作面材料顺槽为研究背景,通过对比预测模型方案与数值模拟方案的结果,验证预测合理性。将回采巷道实际地质条件代入预测模型,判定巷道类型为严重底鼓型,确定合理的切槽深度为巷道宽度的0.7~0.9倍;数值模拟通过正交实验设组,最终确定切槽宽度×深度=0.3 m×4 m为最优方案,其底鼓量降低了49.1%,围岩控制效果明显,模拟结果与模型预测结果吻合,研究结果表明该预测方法具有可借鉴性。该方法同样适用于其他类似井工工程,为底板切槽参数的确定提供了一种新的途径。
In order to solve the problem of slitting pressure reduction method to determine the appropriate slitted size.A predictive model for determining the lateral surface slotted depth of roadway under the influence of multiple factors is proposed.Taking the Nanguan coal industry 3210 working face material slot as the research background,the results of the comparative prediction model and numerical simulation scheme,verification forecast rationality.The actual geological conditions of the collision will be returned to the predictive model.Determines the type of roadway to severe bottom drum,determine the reasonable slot depth between 0.7 and 0.9 times the roadway width;numerical simulation uses orthogonal experimentation group,and finally determines the slot width×depth=0.3 m×4 m is an optimal solution,its bottom drum is reduced by 49.1%,the surrounding rock control effect is obvious,the simulation results are consistent with the model forecasting results,the results show that the prediction method has a can learnability.This method is equally applicable to other similar wellworking projects,providing a new way for the determination of the bottom plate cutting parameters.
