摘要
高产高效矿井的建设和矿井开采深度、强度的不断增大使得矿井瓦斯涌出量不断增加,对瓦斯进行综合治理是实现工作面安全生产的重要举措。通过对公司所属矿井“三软”煤层瓦斯基础参数的测定,分析了掘进、采煤工作面的瓦斯涌出规律。在此基础上,结合矿井采矿地质条件特性,提出了改进钻孔封孔技术、水力冲孔穿层钻孔抽采、顺层大直径深孔抽采和采空区卸压瓦斯抽采的瓦斯综合治理措施。通过对瓦斯的综合治理,有效保障了工作面的安全生产,具有很好的推广应用价值。
The construction of high-yield and high-efficiency mine and the continuous increase of mining depth and intensity make the gas emission of the mine increase.The comprehensive treatment of gas is an important measure to realize the safe production of the working face.Based on the measurement of gas basic parameters of "three-soft" coal seam in the mine affiliated to the company,analyzes the gas emission law of heading and coal mining face.On this basis,combined with the characteristics of mining geological conditions,the comprehensive gas control measures of improving borehole sealing technology,hydraulic punching through layer borehole drainage,bedding large-diameter deep hole drainage and pressure-relief gas of goaf drainage are put forward.Through the comprehensive treatment of gas,the safe production of the working face is effectively guaranteed,and it has good popularization and application value.
