摘要
煤层顶底板羽状、 梳状分支钻孔能够很好解决松软煤层本煤层长距离钻进过程中的塌孔抱钻问题,以余吾煤业 S5102 进风顺槽、N3102 进风顺槽下山巷道为试验地点,通过试验煤层顶板、底板分支孔煤巷条带预抽施工工艺,总结出煤层顶底板分支长钻孔区域预抽工艺在俯孔施工条件下的钻孔施工工艺流程。结合钻孔施工情况,通过对比分析得到,在施工工艺上,主孔沿煤层顶板布置时,分支孔轨迹易于控制,岩段比例较小,且主孔沿掩护巷道单侧布置时,煤孔比例较高。抽采数据表明,钻孔抽采浓度高达 70%以上,钻孔万米抽采纯量高达 5 m^(3)/min 以上。
The pinnate and comb branch drilling of the roof and floor of the coal seam can well solve the problem of hole collapse and jacking in the process of long distance drilling of the soft coal seam.Taking the S5102 gluing down roadway and N3102 gluing down roadway of Yuwu coal industry as the test site,through the test of the coal seam roof and floor branch hole coal roadway strip pre-pumping construction technology,summed up the coal seam roof and floor branch long drilling area pre-pumping technology under the condition of drilling construction.Combined with the drilling construction,through comparative analysis,in terms of construction technology,when the main hole is arranged along the roof of coal seam,the track of branch hole is easy to control,and the proportion of coal hole is small along the section,and when the main hole is arranged along the single side of the shield roadway,the proportion of coal hole is high.The gas extraction data show that the gas extraction concentration is as high as 70%,and the pure amount of gas extraction is as high as 5 m~3/min.
