摘要
TPACK是一个动态复杂的自适应系统。面向智慧教学的高校英语教师TPACK适应性发展主要是指高校英语教师要在智慧教学设计和实践中不断整合、适应、选择TPACK多维知识框架,并与智慧教学环境构建保持动态适应性和协调性,以使教育主体获得良好的学习体验,更好地达成教育教学目标。文章探讨了适应性发展的内在要求、环境要素和构建路径,以期为当下高校英语教师专业发展提供建设性意见。
TPACK is a dynamic complex adaptive system. College English teachers’ TPACK adaptive development toward smart teaching mainly refers to the fact that the teachers need to integrate, accommodate and select multiple dimensional knowledge network within TPACK in smart teaching design and practice to maintain dynamic adaption and coordination between TPACK and the construction of smart teaching environment, whereby offering students better education experience and better reaching the goal of smart teaching and education. Thus, this article discusses the adaptive development’s inherent requirements, environmental factors and paths with an attempt to provide constructive advice for current university teachers’ professional development.
