To summarize nursing experience of sepsis secondary to Listeria monocytogenes infection in a pregnant woman during late pregnancy.The key points of care included early recognition of sepsis in pregnancy,prevention of complications multidisciplinary treatment,labour induction nursing and psychological support.After 10 days of careful treatment and care,the patient recovered and was discharged.
