摘要 研究了二苯基磷酸酯阻燃聚碳酸酯(PC)/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(ABS)合金的制备工艺对其性能的影响。结果表明:利用液体泵将阻燃剂直接充入螺杆的机筒内部,在材料中充分共混,并且加入适当的增韧助剂,可以制备性能优异的PC/ABS合金;增韧助剂、阻燃剂在基体中的均匀分散是制备高韧性无卤阻燃PC/ABS合金的关键。经过增韧剂改性后可制备缺口冲击强度73.0 kJ/m^(2)、阻燃等级达V-0级的PC/ABS合金。 The influence of the preparation technology of polycarbonate(PC)/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS)alloy with diphenyl phosphate as flame retardant on its properties was observed.The results show that the flame retardant is filled into the barrel of screw directly by a liquid pump and mixed with toughening agent to prepare PC/ABS alloy with excellent properties.The uniform dispersion of toughening agents and flame retardants in the substrate is the key to prepare high toughness halogen-free flame retardant PC/ABS alloy。The Norch impact strength and flame retardant grade of the alloy are 73.0 kJ/m^(2) and V-0 respectively after the modification of toughening agent.
