摘要
分析了低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)装置脱气料仓内部环境及燃爆原因。结果表明:脱气料仓LDPE粉尘瞬间浓度高、LDPE粉尘与乙烯混和后点火能降低、料仓内存在多种类型的放电等是脱气料仓燃爆的主要原因。针对这些因素,提出了改造方案并分析了利弊。结合装置的实际情况,在料仓的进料口安装离子风粉体静电消除/监测器后,进料口物料的静电消除效率达到80.0%以上,彻底杜绝了料仓的安全事故。
By analyzing the operating environment in the silo of the Qilu branch’s low density polyethylene plant,causes to the combustion and explosion accidents in the silo are concluded,which include the instantaneous high concentration of LDPE fines,the lower ignition energy induced by mixing the ethylene and LDPE fines,and various types of discharging.Aiming at above causes,several control methods are raised and corresponding advantages and drawbacks are analyzed.Based on actual situations of the plant,after installing the ion wind electrostatic eliminator and monitor at the inlet of the silo,the eliminating efficiency of material powder electrostatics can reach 80.0%and above,completely preventing the safety accidents of the silo.
