摘要
先进控制方法与集散控制系统结合,对于全流程优化聚乙烯工艺及装置运行参数、提高产品质量、降低装置能耗、降低物料消耗、降低牌号切换时间及过渡料的量,发挥着几乎无可替代的作用。从先进过程控制方法,先进过程控制在低密度、高密度、全密度聚乙烯工艺,多功能监控方法,装置停车方法及调温水控制等方面综述了聚乙烯工艺先进过程控制技术的最新研究进展。
The combination of advanced control process and distributed control system(DCS)almost plays an irreplaceable role in optimizing the whole polyethylene process and operating parameters,improving product quality,reducing plant energy consumption,reducing material consumption,reducing brand switching time and the amount of transition material.The latest progress of advanced process control technology in polyethylene process is reviewed from the following aspects:advanced control method and its application in low density,high density,full density polyethylene process,multi-function monitoring method,plant shutdown method and temperature-adjusting water control.
