摘要
人事档案是个人信息载体,是高校人力资源管理的重要组成部分。利用好人事档案挖掘其潜在价值,树立起服务意识,能够推进高校人力资源管理水平的持续提升。分析了创新人事档案管理的必要性,探讨高校人事档案管理现状与创新路径。
Personnel file is the carrier of personal information.It is an important part of human resource management in Colleges and universities.Only by making good use of personnel files,excavating their potential value and establishing service consciousness can we promote the continuous improvement of human resource management level in Colleges and universities.Based on this,this paper analyzes the necessity of innovating personnel file management,and discusses the current situation and innovation path of personnel file management in Colleges and universities.
