摘要
采用SEM、硬度测试、拉伸性能测试等,研究不同冷轧变形量对淬火态10钢显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:淬火态10钢组织为取向随机的板条马氏体。在10%~76%范围内,随着变形量的增加,10钢组织中马氏体逐渐趋于轧制方向排列,且沿着轧制方向不断被拉长,晶粒逐渐细化10钢硬度、强度逐渐提高,伸长率、冲击韧性逐渐下降。冷轧变形是10钢一种合适的强化方法,变形量52%的10钢的硬度、抗拉强度、屈服强度分别达到479HV、1734 MPa、1588 MPa。
The effects of cold rolling deformation on the microstructure and mechanical properties of quenched 10 steel were studied by means of SEM, hardness test and tensile property test. The results show that the microstructure of quenched10 steel is lath martensite with random orientation. Within the range of 10%-76%, with the increases of deformation, the martensite in the microstructure of 10 steel tends to arrange in the rolling direction, and it is continuously elongated along the rolling direction, and the grain is gradually refined. With the increases of deformation, the hardness and strength of 10 steel increases gradually, the elongation and impact toughness decrease gradually. Cold rolling deformation is a suitable strengthening method for 10 steel. The hardness, tensile strength and yield strength of 10 steel with 52% deformation reach 479 HV, 1734 MPa and 1588 MPa, respectively.
