银杏达莫注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的系统评价与成本效果分析

Systematical evaluation and cost-effectiveness analysis of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection in treating angina pectories of coronary heart disease

目的系统评估银杏达莫注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的有效性、安全性和经济性。方法以银杏达莫、冠心病心绞痛等为关键词,检索建库至2020年12月Pubmed、Embase、Cochrane Library、中国知网、维普及万方数据库中文献,筛选随机对照试验,采用RevMan5.4进行Meta分析,并进行成本-效果分析、单因素敏感性分析、概率敏感性分析。结果共纳入28项研究,2818例患者,其中联合用药组(Y组)1427例,常规用药组(C组)1391例。meta分析结果显示:Y组临床有效率、心电图有效率、心绞痛有效率均高于C组(P<0.05),两组均具有较好的安全性。成本-效果分析显示:相较于C组,Y组的增量成本效果比为2997.56元。敏感性分析显示基础分析结果较为稳健。结论银杏达莫注射液联合常规用药方案较常规方案疗效更佳,安全性较好,且当意愿支付值>3000元时具有一定经济性。

Objective To systematically evaluate the effectiveness,safety and economy of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection in treating angina pectories of coronary heart disease.Methods Using‘Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole’‘Angina pectories of coronary heart disease’as the keywords,the randomized controlled trials(RCT)were retrieved from the databases of Pubmed,Embase,Cochrane Library,CNKI,CQVIP,Wanfang database from the database establishment to December 2020.The meta analysis was performed by using the RevMan 5.4 software and the cost-effectiveness analysis,single factor sensitivity and probability sensitivity analysis were performed.Results A total of 28 studies were included,among them,there were 1427 cases in the combined medication group(Y group)and 1391 cases in the conventional medication group 1391(C group).The meta analysis results showed that the clinical effective rate,ECG effective rate and angina pectories effective rate in the Y group were higher than those in the C group(P<0.05).The two groups all had good safety.The cost-effectiveness analysis results indicated that compared with the C group,the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio in the Y group was 2997.56 Yuan.The sensitivity analysis showed that the basic analysis results were stable.Conclusion The Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection combined with conventional medication scheme is better than the conventional medication scheme,has the good safety and a certain economy when the willing to pay value>3000 Yuan.
