襄阳高职教育与区域经济发展适应性策略探析

Study on the Adaptive Strategies for Higher Vocational Education and the Economic Development in Xiangyang

高职教育是我国高等教育的重要类型,在高等教育体系中与区域经济发展联系最紧密。服务好区域经济发展是高职教育的主要功能,区域经济发展和经济结构调整影响高职教育人才培养模式。文章通过对区域经济发展与高职教育发展关系分析,找出襄阳高职教育与襄阳经济发展在适应性上存在的问题,分析问题存在的原因,从政府、学校、企业、行业等层面,提出适应性发展的策略。

Higher vocational education is an important type of higher education in China,which is most closely related to economic development in the higher education system.Serving the development of regional economy well is its main function.The talent training mode of higher vocational education has been affected by the development of regional economy and the adjustment of economic structure.By analyzing the relationship be⁃tween regional economic development and the development of higher vocational education,this paper finds out the problems in the adaptability of higher vocational education and the economic development in Xiangyang,ana⁃lyzes the reasons for the problems,and proposes the strategies for adaptive development from the aspects of gov⁃ernment,schools,enterprises,industries and so on.
