后疫情时代大学生自杀现状、影响因素及危机干预的思考

The Present Situation of College Students'Suicide in Post-epidemic Era and Thoughts on Crisis Intervention in Colleges and Universities

文章以2020年网络统计的58起大学生自杀案例为研究对象,研究发现了秋季自杀人数明显多于春季自杀人数、自杀方式仍以跳楼为主、自杀原因以学业压力为主、自杀年级以毕业年级居多等后疫情时代大学生自杀现状,并力图从学业压力、就业压力、媒体不当宣传等方面窥见大学生自杀原因。最后从完善大学生心理危机识别排查机制、预防管理机制、三级预警机制等方面提出降低大学生自杀概率的策略。

This paper takes 58 suicide cases of college students in 2020 as the research object.It is found that the number of suicide in autumn is obviously more than that in spring,the suicide mode is still mainly jump⁃ing from buildings,the cause of suicide is mainly academic pressure,and the majority of suicide grade is gradua⁃tion grade.Finally,the paper puts forward strategies to reduce the suicide probability of college students from the aspects of perfecting the mechanism of psychological crisis identification and investigation,prevention and man⁃agement,and three-level early warning mechanism.
