患者安全是全球高度关注的公共卫生问题,其中用药安全是患者安全的重要内容。为实现“用药无害”这一目标,美国、英国、加拿大、澳大利亚等多个国家制定了系列用药安全目标和计划,并进行持续改进,取得一定成效。我们应借鉴上述国家的经验,在制度建设、用药安全团队构建、加强用药风险监测与报告、充分利用数据挖掘技术和自我评估工具促进安全用药,以及加强医务人员和患者教育、构建患者用药安全文化等做出努力,以改善用药安全现状。

Patient safety is a public health issue that attracts extensive attention worldwide,of which medication safety is one of the essential elements.To achieve the"Medicine without Harm"goal,many countries,including the United States,the United Kingdom,Canada,Australia,and others,have developed a series of medication safety goals and programs.Meanwhile,these implemented and optimized measures have achieved specific results.Therefore,we should learn from the experience of the countries mentioned above and make efforts to improve system construction,such as establish medication safety teams,strengthen medicine risk monitoring and reporting mechanism,make full use of data mining technology and self-assessment tools to promote medication safety,strengthening the education of medical staff and patients,and building patient safety medication culture to improve the current situation of medication safety in China.
