基于文献对肠道微生态在中医药领域研究热点与趋势分析

Analysis of Research Hot Spots and Trends of Intestinal Microecology in the Field of Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on Literature

目的基于国内外文献,梳理肠道微生态在中医药领域的研究情况,分析其研究热点及研究发展趋势。方法基于中国知网(CNKI)和Web of science(WOS)数据库,检索2000—2020年肠道微生态在中医药领域研究相关文献,应用CiteScape 5.8.R1版软件进行作者、地区机构共现分析;关键词聚类、突显分析;WOS所收文献的共被引和突现分析。结果CNKI数据库纳入中文文献772条,WOS数据库纳入英文文献233条。2015年以后国内外有关肠道微生态在中医药领域的研究日趋深入,中英文年发文量呈显著上升趋势。杨景云、谭周进、蔡子微及QIAN等团队为国内外发文量较高作者;中国为中英文发文量排名第一的国家,影响力较高;南京中医药大学、北京中医药大学、上海中医药大学等是该领域中英文文献发表量较多且发挥重要桥梁作用的机构。研究热点关键词包括溃疡性结肠炎、菌群失调、糖尿病、生物转化机制等,主要内容涉及基于肠道菌群的中药防治疾病作用机制研究和临床研究、肠道菌与中药代谢、肠道菌群与中医药理论研究等方面。其中中草药通过肠道菌群干预糖脂代谢紊乱疾病、基于肠道菌群的中药功能性产品研发处于最新研究前沿。结论肠道微生态在中医药领域近10年研究逐渐活跃,取得突出成果,关注肠道微生态在中医药领域研究成果的应用可能是领域研究发展的关键。

Objective Based on the domestic and foreign literature on intestinal microecology in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the research status in the field is sorted out,and hot spots and development trends are analyzed.Methods Based on the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science(WOS)databases from 2000 to 2020,the relevant literature on intestinal microecology research in the field of TCM was retrieved.Furthermore,Citescape 5.8.R1 software was used to perform the co-occurrence analysis of authors,regional institutions,keywords clustering and salience analysis,and co-citation and high light analysis of documents received by WOS.Results From the CNKI database and WOS database,772 Chinese documents and 233 English documents were included in the study,respectively.After 2015,the research on intestinal microecology in TCM around the world has become increasingly in-depth,and the annual number of documents in Chinese and English has significantly increased.The authors,Yang Jingyun,Tan Zhoujin,Cai Ziwei and Qian,have many articles published worldwide.China ranks first in the number of Chinese and English documents with high influence.The Nanjing University of TCM,Beijing University of TCM,and Shanghai University of TCM have published a large number of Chinese and English papers in this field and play an important role as a bridge.The keywords of hot research areas include ulcerative colitis,dysbacteriosis,diabetes,and biotransformation mechanisms.The main contents involve the mechanism and clinical research of Chinese medicine based on intestinal microbes in the prevention and treatment of diseases,the metabolism of Chinese medicine and intestinal microbes,and the theory of TCM and intestinal microbes.Chinese herbal medicine intervenes in glucose and lipid metabolism disorders through intestinal microorganisms,and the research and development of TCM functional products based on intestinal microorganisms are at the forefront of the latest research.Conclusion In the past ten years,the research of intestinal microecology in TCM has become increasingly active and achieved outstanding results.It is essential for the research and development of this field to apply the research results of intestinal microecology in the field of TCM.
