“三全育人”视阈下高校劳动教育的新路向

New Direction of Labor Education in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of “Three-wide Education”

劳动教育是全面发展教育的重要组成部分,是高校立德树人的重要基石。然而,由于长期以来受传统观念的影响,高校在劳动教育方面仍然存在着劳动教育认识泛窄化、劳动教育载体短缺化、劳动教育形式单一化等问题。“三全育人”和劳动教育作为立德树人根本任务的必然要求,其终极旨归都在于培养人,因而决定二者之间存在内在必然联系。在“三全育人”的视阈下,以全员参与使劳动教育人尽其责,全程渗透使劳动教育无时不有,全方位融合使劳动教育多维联动为着力点,进一步探寻高校劳动教育的新路向。

Labor education is an important part of comprehensive development of education and the important cornerstone of moral education in colleges and universities. However, due to the influence of traditional ideas for a long time, there are still some problems in labor education in colleges and universities, such as the narrow understanding of labor education,the shortage of labor education carriers,and the simplification of labor education forms.“Three-wide Education”and labor education show the inevitable requirements of the fundamental task of moral education,and the ultimate goal is to cultivate people,so there is an inherent inevitable connection between the two. From the perspective of“Three-wide Education”,the full participation of the whole staff makes the labor education perform its responsibilities,the full penetration makes the labor education ubiquitous,and the full integration makes the multi-dimensional linkage of labor education as the focus to further explore the new direction of labor education in colleges and universities.
