摘要
以“始于基层,聚焦健康,关注人群”为理念,依据《中国本科医学教育标准-临床医学专业(2016版)》的要求,引入叙事医学教学实践,突出全科医学特色,构建系统化全科医学职业素养教学体系。经过5年的教学实践,5个年级共完成叙事故事1?739例、平行病历362份,出版《叙事医学-医患故事70例》。研究结果表明,叙事医学教学和实践提升了医学生的全科医学职业认同和医患共情能力。
Based on the concept of“starting from the GP,focusing on population healthy”and according to the requirements of“Chinese Undergraduate Medical Education Standard-Clinical Medicine Specialty(2016 edition)”,narrative medicine teaching practice was introduced to highlight the characteristics of general practice,and a systematic professional quality teaching system of general medicine was constructed.After 5 years of teaching practice,students of five grades completed 1739 cases of narrative stories and 362 parallel charts,and published“Narrative Medicine—70 Cases of Doctor-patient Stories”.The results showed that the teaching and practice of narrative medicine improved the professional identity of general practice and empathy lever in our medical students.
