摘要
以问题为基础的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)是以学生为中心、以问题为导向的教学模式,本教研室开展儿科学PBL教学多年,教学效果显著,同时发现对于初入临床实习的低年级学生,在PBL教学中需要大量的时间收集问题、整理资料,偶有严重资料偏离,耗时长、效率低,在课堂上教师过多引导影响学生的学习积极性及参与度。针对此问题,课题组在临床医学5年制及长学制学生儿科学临床实习时开展微课+PBL教学模式授课,借助网络平台,优化PBL教学流程,研究发现该教学模式学习目标明确,能减少课外用时,可增强学生积极性,提高参与度,提高学生综合能力。本次教学为进一步加强儿科学教学改革奠定基础。
Problem-based learning(PBL)is a student-centered and problem-oriented teaching model.Our teaching and Research Department has carried out pediatric PBL teaching for many years,and achieved remarkable teaching effects.Meanwhile,it has been found that for junior students who have just entered clinical practice,In PBL teaching,students need a lot of time to collect problems and sort out data.Sometimes,there are serious data deviation,which is time-consuming and inefficient.Teachers’excessive guidance in class affects students’learning enthusiasm and participation.Aiming at this problem,research in clinical medicine for 5 years and the long schooling students in pediatric clinical practice to develop micro-lectures+PBL teaching mode,with the help of a network platform,optimize the PBL teaching process,found that the teaching mode of learning objective is clear,reduce the extracurricular unavailable,can strengthen students’enthusiasm and improve participation,improve the students’comprehensive ability.This teaching lays the foundation for further reform of pediatric teaching.
