摘要
基于鞍钢近年来高炉炉缸破损调查情况,分析了造成高炉炉缸破损的原因。从炉缸侵蚀的状况来看,铁水环流、炭砖应力破坏、氧化物和碱金属造成的化学侵蚀及炉缸体系热平衡破坏为鞍钢高炉炉缸快速侵蚀的主要原因。基于对炉缸侵蚀原因分析,高炉设计者选用炭砖时最应该重视炭砖抗铁水侵蚀能力,其次是抗氧化能力,无需过度重视炭砖的导热系数,当高炉炉缸侧壁环炭设计长度较长时,则应选择抗压强度较大的炭砖。
Based on the investigation results for the hearth breakage in a blast furnace(BF)of Ansteel in recent years,the causes leading to the hearth breakage were analyzed.According to the hearth erosion state,the key factors leading to the rapid erosion of the hearth included circulating flow of hot metal,stress failure of carbon bricks,chemical erosion caused by oxides and alkali metals,and thermal balance failure of hearth system.Based on the analysis on the causes leading to the hearth erosion,it was concluded that for the BF designers should most pay attention to the resistance to erosion of molten iron in selecting carbon bricks and then consider their oxidation resistance,without thinking a lot about their thermal coefficient.And so carbon bricks with relatively strong compressive strength should be chosen as the design length in term of the ring installation of carbon bricks along the side wall of the BF hearth was longer.
