摘要
以转炉渣和高炉渣中分选出的不同含铁料为研究对象,研究了重熔法和球磨法两种方式分别对高品位和低品位冶炼渣标定金属铁含量,结果表明,金属铁含量高、粒度大的冶炼渣宜采用重熔法分离金属铁,金属铁含量低、渣量占比大的冶炼渣宜采用球磨法分离金属铁。同样是低铁含量的冶炼渣,转炉渣获得的颗粒料比例是高炉渣的9.84倍,但其产生的粉铁比例只有高炉渣的43.83%。
Taking iron-bearing materials with different content of iron selected from converter slag and blast furnace slag as the subject investigated,two kinds of methods of both remelting process and ball-milling method were studied so as to calibrate the content of metal iron in smelting slag with high grade and low grade.The study results showed that the smelting slag with high content of metal iron and large size of particles should be separated for getting metal iron by remelting method,while the smelting slag with low content of metal iron and major proportion with large size of particles should be separated by ball milling method.For the same smelting slag with low content of iron,the proportion of granulated materials obtained from converter slag was 9.84 times of that obtained from blast furnace slag,but the proportion of powdered iron produced from converter slag was only 43.83%of that produced from blast furnace slag.
