摘要
结合4038 m^(3)高炉历年生产实践情况,分析了不同阶段生产运行特点,评价了各阶段主要经济技术指标。通过对高炉合理鼓风动能进行探讨,得出了鼓风动能下限值、合理鼓风动能范围及其适用性,提出合理鼓风动能范围应该结合原燃料条件、操作制度、渣铁性能等方面考虑,并进一步指明了高炉炉役后期生产优化的空间。
Based on the production practices of operating the 4038 m^(3) blast furnace(BF)over the years,the characteristics of its operations in different stages of production were analyzed and then the main economic and technical indexes in each stage were evaluated.So by discussing the reasonable blast kinetic energy of BF,the lower limit value of the blast kinetic energy,the reasonable range of the blast kinetic energy and its applicability were obtained,while it was concluded that the reasonable range of the blast kinetic energy should be considered in combination with the conditions on raw materials and fuels,operating system,performance of slag iron and so on.At last the room for optimization of the BF during its final service in production was further explained clearly.
