摘要 为了研究工程机械用高压螺纹插装式溢流阀稳定性及动态响应性,针对高压螺纹插装式溢流阀结构特点,通过Routh判据给出了先导阀在任意工作点能够保持稳定的条件,分析出导阀稳定性影响因素。利用MATLAB/Simulink建立溢流阀状态空间方程仿真模型,以获得高响应、小超调为目标,对影响高压螺纹插装阀动态响应的多因素组合进行分析。针对多因素制定了12因素3水平正交试验表,并对12种结构分别利用状态空间方程进行计算仿真,得到影响溢流阀动态响应因素的主次顺序,为溢流阀的动态响应优化设计提供参考。 In order to study the stability and dynamic response of high-pressure screw-in cartridge relief valve for construction machinery,according to the structural characteristics of high-pressure screw-in cartridge relief valve,the conditions under which the pilot valve can maintain stability at any working point are given through Routh criterion,and the influencing factors of pilot valve stability are analyzed.The state space equation simulation model of overflow valve is established by MATLAB/Simulink.In order to obtain high response and small overshoot,the multi factor combination affecting the dynamic response of high-pressure screw-in cartridge valve is analyzed.The 12 factor 3-level orthogonal test table is formulated for multiple factors,and the 12 structures are calculated and simulated by using the state space equation,and the primary and secondary order of the factors affecting the dynamic response of the overflow valve is obtained,which provides a reference for the optimal design of the dynamic response of the overflow valve.
