摘要 为保证承罐稳罐过程的平稳与安全,防止罐笼装卸载过程产生剧烈振荡,利用平面四连杆机构死点特性,设计一种基于四连杆的承罐稳罐装置。综合考虑多因素分析,开展承罐稳罐装置方案设计,并基于AMESim平台建立仿真模型,针对罐笼承受空载和动载两种工况进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明:所设计承罐稳罐装置在较低液压动力驱动下便能安全平稳地实现罐笼的承接及稳定功能,有效地避免了大型罐笼装卸载过程中的剧烈振荡及反弹现象,具有良好的承罐稳罐效果。 To ensure the stability and safety of cage holding and stabilizing process,and prevent violent shake during loading and unloading,the hold-stabilizing cage device based on four-bar linkage is designed by the dead point characteristic of planar four-bar linkage.Considering various factors comprehensively and the mechanical-electrical-hydraulic simulation model is established by AMESim software.The simulation analysis is carried out under the conditions of no load and dynamic load.The results show that the designed hold-stabilizing cage device can safely and stably realize the cage holding and stabilizing function under lower hydraulic power drive conditions,the violent shake and obvious rebound can be avoided during loading and unloading,and the performance of cage holding and stabilizing is well.
