基于学习金字塔理论的同伴互助教学方法在神经内科临床实习中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨基于学习金字塔理论的同伴互助教学方法在神经内科临床实习中的应用效果。方法选择2021年7月~12月在浙江大学医学院附属第一医院神经内科进行临床实习的2017级五年制临床医学专业76名学生作为研究对象,按照轮转批次采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组。试验组42名学生,采用同伴互助教学方法;对照组34名学生,采用传统教学方法。2周教学结束后,通过理论知识、临床技能考核成绩和问卷调查结果,比较两组教学效果。结果在理论知识上,试验组学生分数[(45.4±3.9)分]高于对照组学生[(41.8±5.1)分],其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在临床技能总分上,试验组学生分数[(46.4±1.4)分]高于对照组学生[(44.9±1.6)分],其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,在课前学习任务完成度、课堂讨论参与程度、教学内容掌握程度、学习积极性、团队协作能力、教学方法满意度等方面,试验组学生的评分均高于对照组学生,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论基于学习金字塔理论的同伴互助教学方法能够提高神经内科临床实习学生的理论知识、临床技能考核成绩和学习积极性等评分,获得了学生的好评,有助于提高神经内科临床实习的教学质量。 Objective To explore the teaching effects of peer-assisted learning(PAL)based on learning pyramid theory in clinical practice teaching of neurology.Methods From July to December 2021,76 clinical medical undergraduate trainees(from 2017 grade of Zhejiang University School of Medicine five years clinical medicine program)were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to random number table method.The experimental group had 42 students using peer-assisted learning(PAL)teaching methods,while the control group had 34 students using traditional teaching methods.Two weeks later,the teaching effects of the two groups were compared through the results of theoretical assessment,clinical practice and questionnaire survey.Results The scores of theoretical assessment in the experimental group(45.4±3.9)were obviously higher than the control group(41.8±5.1)(P<0.05).The scores of clinical practice in the experimental group(46.4±1.4)were obviously higher than the control group(44.9±1.6)(P<0.05).The questionnaire surveys scores of the experimental group were better than the control group in terms of the completion of pre-class learning tasks,participation in class discussions,mastery of teaching content,learning enthusiasm,teamwork ability and satisfaction with teaching methods(all P<0.05).Conclusions PAL based on learning pyramid theory can significantly improve the performance,the ability of clinical practice and learning enthusiasm of students,get high praise from students,and help to improve the teaching quality of neurology.
