案例教学方法在牙周病学课程线上教学中的实践探索 被引量:6

Practical exploration of case-based learning in online teaching of periodontology course

摘要 目的探讨新冠疫情防控期间基于学习通平台的案例教学方法(case-based learning,CBL)在牙周病学课程线上教学中的应用效果。方法选择遵义医科大学2016级和2017级五年制口腔医学专业124名学生为研究对象,将2017级55名学生设为试验组,实施基于学习通平台的线上案例教学方法,将2016级69名学生设为对照组,实施线下传统教学方法。教学结束后,两组学生接受问卷调查并参加牙周病学期末考试。通过问卷调查结果和期末考试成绩,对2种教学方法的实施效果进行分析比较。结果试验组学生在学习兴趣、自主学习能力、团队协作能力、临床诊断能力、理论知识记忆和理论与实践联系紧密等方面的评分均高于对照组学生,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);试验组学生的期末考试成绩明显优于对照组学生,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与线下传统教学方法相比,基于学习通平台的线上案例教学方法是一种有效且可以接受的教学方法,有利于提高口腔医学专业学生主动学习的积极性和学习成效。 Objective To explore the application effect of mobile APP-based case-based learning(CBL)in online teaching of periodontology courses during the period of COVID-19 prevention and control.Methods A total of 124 stomatology students from the 2016 and 2017 classes of Zunyi Medical University were selected as the research objects.55 students from the 2017 class were selected as the experimental group,and the online case teaching method was implemented,while 69 students from the 2016 class were selected as the control group,and the offline traditional teaching methods were implemented.Two groups of students received questionnaires after the teaching and took the final exam of periodontal disease.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey and the final exam results,the implementation effects of the two teaching methods were analyzed and compared.Results The scores of study interest,autonomous learning,teamwork and clinical diagnosis ability in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The final theoretical test scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with the traditional offline teaching method,the online case teaching method based on the learning platform is an effective and acceptable teaching method,which is more conducive to improving the enthusiasm and learning effect of active learning of stomatology students.
