摘要
目的探讨医护团队高仿真模拟教学方式在规培学员危重患者转运培训中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样方法,选取2020年6~8月在浙江省台州市第一人民医院参加危重患者转运培训的112名规培学员为研究对象。本研究采用试验对照方法,按照培训时间进行分组。将2020年8月参加培训的56名规培学员设为试验组,采用医护团队高仿真模拟教学方式进行危重患者转运培训;将2020年6月参加培训的56名规培学员设为对照组,采用医护分开传统教学方式进行危重患者转运模拟培训。培训结束后,采用理论知识、操作技能考核和问卷调查方式,了解两组规培学员对各自教学方式实施效果的评价。结果试验组规培学员危重患者转运理论知识考核成绩[(84.61±5.35)分]高于对照组规培学员[(73.57±5.56)分];试验组规培学员操作技能考核成绩[(83.50±3.98)分]高于对照组规培学员[(71.94±3.67)分]:其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。试验组规培学员掌握危重患者转运知识、危重患者转运能力、团队合作和沟通能力、学习兴趣激发和拓展思维、发现问题和解决问题能力的评分均优于对照组规培学员,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论医护团队高仿真模拟教学方式能够有效提高规培学员的危重患者转运能力。
Objective To explore the application effect of high simulation teaching of doctor-nurse cooperation in the transport training of critically ill patients.Methods A total of 112 critically ill patients who participated in the transfer training in Taizhou First People's Hospital of Zhejiang Province from June to August 2020 were selected as the subjects by convenience sampling method.This study used the experimental control method,according to the training time group.56 trainees who participated in the training in August 2020 were assigned to the experimental group,and the training of critically ill patients was carried out by the high simulation teaching method of medical team.A total of 56 participants who participated in the training in June 2020 were set as the control group,and the simulation training of transport of critically ill patients was conducted using traditional teaching methods of medical separation.After the training,theoretical knowledge and operational skills assessment and questionnaire survey were used to understand the evaluation of the two groups of students on the implementation effect of their respective teaching methods.Results The examination score(84.61±5.35)of test group was higher than that of the control group(73.57±5.56).The test group students'performance of operation skills(83.50±3.98)was higher than that of the control group students(71.94±3.67),with significant differences(all P<0.05).The scores of students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group in mastering knowledge of critical patient transport,critical patient transport ability,teamwork and communication ability,learning interest stimulation and thinking expansion,problem finding and problem solving ability,with significant differences(all P<0.05).Conclusions The teaching method of highly simulated medical team can improve the ability of critically ill patients in residential training.
