数字化微笑设计技术在口腔修复学美学教学中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的将数字化微笑设计(digital smile design,DSD)技术引入口腔修复学美学教学,探讨其在口腔住院医师规范化培训口腔修复学美学教学中的应用效果。方法选择2017年9月至2021年12月,在浙江大学医学院附属口腔医院进行口腔住院医师规范化培训的81名学员为研究对象,所有学员均接受数字化美学分析和设计培训,在教师指导下用相关软件完成美学设计和修复过程。采用匿名问卷调查方法,了解81名学员对DSD技术在口腔修复学美学教学中应用效果的评价。结果根据问卷调查结果可知,92.6%(75/81)的学员认为DSD技术培训能够很好地培养美学临床思维能力,90.1%(73/81)的学员认为DSD技术培训能够很好地提高对口腔美学的理解,87.7%(71/81)的学员认为DSD技术培训能够很好地提高口腔修复学美学教学吸引力。采用Spearman秩相关系数计算不同教学效果评价条目之间的关系,显示正向相关显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。这反映出数字化时代口腔住院医师规范化培训学员对DSD技术的高接纳度和高认可度,也显示了DSD技术能够在把口腔美学教学融入口腔修复学实践中所发挥的重要作用。结论以美学为导向的DSD技术对于培养具有美学创造力的口腔修复医师具有积极作用,有助于提高学员口腔审美素养、提高口腔修复学美学教学吸引力等。因此,有必要在口腔住院医师规范化培训阶段口腔修复学美学教学中开展DSD技术培训。 Objective To explore the application of digital smile design(DSD)technology in aesthetic teaching of prosthodontics.Methods Eighty one stomatological standardized training residents from the Stomatology Hospital,School of Stomatology,Zhejiang University School of Medicine between September 2017 and December 2021 were selected.Results According to the questionnaire,92.6%(75/81)of the residents believed that DSD training was effective in cultivating the thinking ability of aesthetic cases,90.1%(73/81)of the residents believed that DSD training was effective in improving their understanding of dental aesthetics,87.7%(71/81)of the residents believed that DSD training was effective in improving the attractiveness of prosthetic aesthetics course.Spearman rank correlation coefficient was used to calculate the relationship between different teaching effect evaluation items,showing a significant positive correlation(P<0.01).It showed that DSD technology was highly accepted by the residents in the digital era and DSD technology could play an important role in integrating prosthetic aesthetics teaching into the practice of prosthodontics.Conclusions Aesthetics oriented DSD technology is of positive effect for training clinical prosthodontics with aesthetic creativity.DSD training in dental residents is helpful to improve residents'dental aesthetic quality and improve the attraction of aesthetic teaching of prosthetic.It is suggested to promote DSD training in the aesthetic teaching of prosthodontics in the stage of dental resident.
