农村老年护理服务新型混合模式探析--以安庆市N村为例

Exploration of New Mixed Models of Rural Elderly Care Services--Taking N Village Anqing City for Example

通过对安庆市N村实地调研发现,在老龄化背景下人口结构呈“陀螺”状的农村,其老年长期护理服务主要为集资“内聘”式、合资“外聘”式及子女“轮值”式三种模式,并对三种模式运行下护理服务存在的供需不匹配及高成本、低效益问题进行了理论分析,提出从“易维(Perspective)”“释压(Pressure)”“赋能(Power)”“变轨(Pattern)”四个方面促进农村老年长期护理服务发展的4P混合模式。

Through the field survey of N Village Anqing City,it is found that,in rural areas with “spinning top” aging population structure,there are mainly three models of long-term care services for the elderly:fund raising “internal employment”,joint venture “external employment” and children “rotation”.This paper theoretically analyzes shortages of supply and demand mismatch,high cost and low benefit of care services operated by the three models,and puts forward 4P mixed models of perspective,pressure,power,pattern,so as to promote the development of long-term rural elderly care services.
