摘要
压花护色是提高压花作品的一项重要技术,主要目的在于保护天然色素的稳定性。以长春花为试验材料,配制不同浓度的柠檬酸、甘油、蔗糖、草酸和硫酸镁等保色剂,浸泡一段时间后放入烘箱里干燥,选取适合长春花花瓣和叶片的保色方法。试验结果表明,长春花花瓣在15%柠檬酸中浸泡0.5 h后,在60℃的烘箱里干燥2 h的保色效果最好;长春花叶片在20%硫酸镁浸泡0.5 h,在60℃的烘箱干燥2 h的保色效果最佳。
Color protection is an important technology to improve the quality of embossing.Its main purpose is to protect the stability of the plant natural pigment.Using Catharanthus roseus as test material,effect of citric acid,glycerol,sucrose,citric acid and magnesium sulfate on color protection of dried petals and leaves was studied for choosing the best processing method.The results show that the best way of color protection for dried petals of Catharanthus roseus is soaked in the 15% citric acid for 0.5 hours and then dried inside the 60℃ oven drying for 2 hours,the best way of color protection for dried leaves is soaked in the 20% magnesium sulfate for 0.5 hours and then dried inside the 60℃ oven drying for 2 hours.
