智慧公安是运用大数据、云计算、物联网、人工智能等技术,打造"大数据+警务"的全新公安工作体系,推动警务模式、队伍管理、侦防技能的转型升级,全面提升公安机关应对社会治安风险隐患和打防违法犯罪的能力和水平。本文从智慧公安提出和建设的政治背景出发,探讨智慧公安建设面临的现实困境和所需的技术条件,以公安科技赋能、警务模式革新、管理手段升级等为内容,从争取政策支持、统一全警认识、众筹社会资源、统筹技术人才等方面探索智慧公安建设的可行途径。

Smart public security is the application of big data,cloud computing,Internet of Things,artificial intelligence and other technologies to create a new public security work system of"big data+police",and promote the transformation and upgrading of police models,team management,and detection and defense skills,and comprehensively improve the ability and level of public security organs to deal with hidden dangers of social security and fight against illegal and criminal activities Starting from the political background of the proposal and construction of smart public security,this paper discusses the practical difficulties faced by the construction of smart public security and the required technical conditions Unifying the awareness of the entire police,crowdfunding social resources,and coordinating technical talents have put forwardfeasibleways to build smart publicsecurity.
