管花肉苁蓉复方制剂缓解体力疲劳功能研究

Study on the Function of Cistanche Tubulosa CompoundPreparation in Relieving Physical Fatigue

为探讨管花肉苁蓉复方制剂在缓解体力疲劳方面的功能效果,使用160只SwissWebster小鼠,随机分为4个大组,每个大组再随机分为低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组和对照组4个小组,分别给予动物不同剂量的管花肉苁蓉复方制剂和蒸馏水后,对比小鼠游泳时间、血清尿素、血乳酸和肝糖原,对比结果以P>0.05表示具有统计学意义。数理统计结果显示,给予管花肉苁蓉复方制剂的小鼠在游泳时间、血清尿素和肝糖原方面均有积极变化,且剂量越高变化越明显;在血乳酸方面无明显变化。说明在缓解体力疲劳方面,管花肉苁蓉复方制剂有较明显的作用,值得临床推广。

In order to explore the function and effect of Cistanche Tubulosa compound preparation in relieving physical fatigue,160 SwissWebster mice are used,and randomly divided into 4 big groups.Each big group is randomly divided into low,middle and high dose group,and control group.Different doses of Cistanche Tubulosa compound preparation and distilled water are provided.Swimming time,serum urea,blood lactic acid and hepatic glycogen of the mice are compared.P>0.05 means that there is statistically significant difference.The results of mathematical statistics show that there is positive change in the swimming time,serum urea and hepatic glycogen of the mice after receiving Cistanche Tubulosacompound preparation.The more the dosages are,the more obvious changes are.There is no statistically significant difference in blood lactic acid.This indicates that in relieving physical fatigue,Cistanche Tubulosa compound preparation has more significant function,and it is worth promotion.
