摘要
对中药材的鉴别进行了统计、分析,选用几种药材的中红外光谱数据,研究不同种类药材的特征和差异性,采用主成分分析和相关性统计分析,利用灰色关联度模型计算关联性,最小二乘法拟合模型,进一步选择吸光度数据进行点图分析,再与查出的道地药材种类、场地太阳光照度进行对比,鉴别药材的种类,得到了不同种类的特征和差异性,为简便、快速、准确鉴别出药材类别与产地奠定了基础。
The study does statistics and analysis of the identification of Chinese medicinal materials;selects infrared spectroscopy data of some kinds of medicinal materials;researches the characters and difference of different kinds of medicinal materials;adopts principal component analysis and correlation statistic analysis;calculates the relevance through grey correlation model;fits model through least squares;does point diagram through further selection of absorbance data;compares Daodiherbs types and sun site illumination;identifies the kinds of medicinal materials;and gets the characteristics and difference of different kinds,to lay solid foundation for convenient,rapid and accurate identification of medicinal material types and origin places.
