胃腺癌组织中免疫组织化学与AB-PAS组织化学组合染色技术

Combined staining of immunohistochemistry and AB-PAS histochemistry in gastric adenocarcinoma

目的在胃腺癌标本中,探讨免疫组织化学蛋白表达与中性、酸性粘液AB-PAS组织化学在同一张切片上组合染色的优选方案。方法设置不同的条件与方法分别进行Ki-67、CEA或EMA免疫组织化学与AB-PAS组织化学组合染色。结果这3组组合染色中,先进行免疫组织化学显色,然后行特殊染色的实验组,各成分染色表达清晰,互不干扰且色彩有反差,均达到较好的阳性染色效果。结论胃腺癌组织中,先行免疫组织化学染色后与AB-PAS组织化学组合染色是值得推广的方法。

Objective To explore the optimal scheme of combined staining of immunohistochemical protein expression and neutral and acidic mucus AB-PAS histochemistry on the same section in gastric adenocarcinoma specimens.Methods Set different conditions and methods for Ki-67,CEA or EMA immunohistochemical staining combined with AB-PAS histochemical staining.Results In the three groups of combined staining,the group with immunohistochemical staining first and then special staining resulted in a clear staining expression of each component.These components does not interfere with one another,and the color contrast is optimized,which has achieved good positive staining effect.Conclusion In gastric adenocarcinoma,immunohistochemical staining followed by AB-PAS histochemical staining is worth popularizing.
