摘要 针对传统配电网采用闭环设计、开环工作导致存在配电网中馈线功率失调等问题,提出基于FCS-MPC的柔性多状态电源开关高比例输配电模型。基于FCS-MPC的控制策略,分析柔性多状态电源开关的工作原理,构建柔性多状态电源开关模型;通过建立离散数学模型,调节PI双闭环控制方法的参数,采用二阶拉格朗日外推法运算配电网侧电压的参考预测值,实现柔性多状态电源开关高比例输配电的正常运行。研究结果表明,当配电网稳态运行时,研究模型可按照开关容量约束实行合理补偿,保障配电网稳定运行;当配电网三相不平衡运行时,研究模型能够保证两侧配电网传输的功率值与设定值相等,保障配电网正常运行。 In view of the problems caused by the closed-loop design and open-loop operation of the traditional distribution network(e.g.,the power imbalance of feeders in distribution network),a flexible multi-state power switch highproportion transmission and distribution model based on FCS-MPC is proposed.Based on the control strategy of FCS-MPC,the working principle of flexible multi-state power switch is analyzed,and the model of flexible multi-state power switch is constructed.Through the establishment of a discrete mathematical model,the parameter value of the double closed-loop PI control method is adjusted.The second-order Lagrange extrapolation is used to compute the reference predictive value of grid voltage,thus realizing the normal operation of flexible multi-state power switch during the high-proportion transmission and distribution.Results show that when the distribution network is running in a steady-state,the research model can make reasonable compensation according to the switch capacity constraint to ensure the stable operation of distribution network.When the distribution network is running in a three-phase unbalanced operation state,this model can ensure that the power transmitted by the distribution network on both sides is equal to the set value,so as to ensure the normal operation of distribution network.
