摘要
职业生涯发展模式研究处于不断发展之中,最近几年表现在个人中心视角—职能中心视角的整合、个人—组织的整合、与情境的匹配和与系统理论的整合等方面。在此基础上,文章认为未来研究中需要关注可操作性问题、情境匹配的视野问题以及职业生涯发展模式中的主观和客观整合问题。
This article analyzed the new trend of career development model from four aspects,such as the integration person-centered with function-centered perspective,the connection between organizational and personal benefits,the fitness to context,and the integration with system theory.Finally,the main shortcomings and future developmental trends were also discussed and predicted.
