考虑直流通道灵活性的含光热电站系统供热期协调调度方法 被引量:5

摘要 西北地区风光资源丰富,但由于热电联产机组受到“以热定电”运行约束且未充分挖掘网侧直流通道调峰潜力,在冬季供热期间新能源弃电的问题尤为严重。为解决高比例可再生能源电力系统供热期调峰能力不足的问题,提出考虑直流通道调峰灵活性的含光热电站送端系统协调调度方法。首先,考虑光热电站与电加热装置联合运行,并通过换热平台与送端系统热网集成,使光热电站能够灵活参与电热联合系统调节,增强源侧热电联产机组调峰能力。其次,将直流通道输送功率作为可优化资源,在满足各项运行约束的前提下,通过灵活调整输电计划,实现直流通道与光热电站协同优化运行。最后,在改进的IEEE-39节点系统中进行仿真验证,结果表明,所提调度方法能够协调源网两侧调峰资源,在促进高比例新能源电网的风光消纳的同时提高系统运行经济性。 The northwest region is rich in wind and solar resources. However, the co-generation units are restricted by the operation of “fixing heat based on power”, and the peak-regulation capability of grid-side HVDC is not fully utilized, thus the problem of new energy abandonment is particularly serious during the winter heating season. In order to solve the problem of insufficient peak-regulation capacity of high proportion renewable energy power system during heating season,a coordinated dispatch method for the transmitted end system with concentrating solar power plant considering flexibility of HVDC tieline is proposed. Firstly, the joint operation of the CSP plants and the electric heater is taken into consideration, and the heat exchange platform is integrated with the heat network of the transmitted end system, so that the CSP plants can flexibly participate in the regulation of the combined heat and power system and enhance the peaking capability of the source-side cogeneration unit. Secondly, the transmission power of HVDC tieline is regarded as the optimal resource. On the premise of meeting the operation constraints, the optimal operation of HVDC tieline and solar thermal power plant is realized by flexibly adjusting the transmission plan of HVDC tieline. Finally, the simulation verification is carried out in the modified IEEE39-bus system. The results show that the proposed scheduling method can be adopted to coordinate the adjustable resources on both sides of the source and grid, promote the consumption of new energy, and improve the operating economy of the system.
