随着社会经济的深入发展,我国成人教育进入了内涵式发展阶段,在其发展过程中,成人教育面临普及范围有限、教学质量不高、师资队伍薄弱等问题。在“新常态”语境下,为更好地推进成人教育内涵式发展,需创新教学理念以扩大教育范围,推动师资队伍建设和教学模式改革以提升人才培养质量,完善教育体系以打造学习型学校,优化战略发展计划以促进成人教育的创新发展。

With the in-depth development of the social economy,China’s adult education has entered a new stage of connotative development.In the process of its development,adult education is faced with problems such as limited scope of popularization,low teaching quality,weak teaching staff and so on.In the context of“New Normal”,in order to better promote the connotation development of adult education,it is necessary to innovate teaching ideas to expand the scope of education,to promote the construction of teaching staff and the reform of teaching mode to improve the quality of personnel training,to improve the education system to build a learning school,to optimize the strategic development plan to promote the innovative development of adult education.
