摘要
基于中国知网(CNKI)数据库中的北大核心及CSSCI期刊文献146篇、硕博论文303篇,运用CiteSpace软件对我国近20年以来的教师胜任力研究展开文献计量学分析。首先发现了我国教师胜任力研究经历的“萌芽期”“升温期”“高潮期”“稳定期”等四大阶段;继而探讨了该研究领域在“理论探讨与概念厘清”“模型建构与工具开发”“现状评估与提升策略”方面的研究热点;总结了该领域“研究增量稳健、研究内容聚焦、研究方法固定”的研究概况,并对我国教师胜任力研究领域提出了“回归概念原义、结合新型方法、落足干预提升”的未来展望。
Based on 146 core journal articles from CSSCI database and 303 theses in CNKI database,the study used Citespace 5.8 to carry out a bibliometric analysis of teacher competence research in China for the past 20 years.The study firstly found that the research on teacher competence in China has experienced four stages:emergence period,heating period,climax period and stable period.Then it explored the research hotspots which include theoretical discussion&concept clarification,models construction&tools development and competence assessment&improvement strategies.Finally it summarized the research overview situation of stable research increment,focused research content and fixed research methods,and put forward the future prospect of“returning to original concepts”,“combining new methods”and“improving intervention”in this research field.
