当前,乡村学校中层干部职业倦怠的现状是无力、无为、无忌、无求,对乡村教师队伍建设等而言是非常有危害的。究其原因在于学校环境不够理想、管理工作过于繁重等方面。为此,需要采取诸如强化对乡村学校中层干部素质的培养、促进乡村学校中层干部的自我调适、积极构建乡村学校中层干部提升的平台等措施。

At present,the current situation of professional burnout of middle-level cadres in rural schools is inaction,powerlessness,unscrupulousness,and lack of demand,which is very harmful to the construction of rural teacher teams.The reason is that the school environment is not ideal,and the management work is too heavy.Measures should be taken such as strengthening the cultivation of the quality and self-adjustment of middle-level cadres in rural schools,and actively building a platform for the promotion of middle-level cadres in rural schools.
