干眼患者健康相关生活质量评估工具的应用进展 被引量:2

Application progress of health related quality of life assessment tools in dry eye patients

摘要 随着电子设备的频繁使用及人口老龄化的发展,干眼一直呈现较高患病率。干眼会引起患者眼部不适、视觉障碍,引发焦虑抑郁,进而严重影响其生存质量。本文对国内外干眼患者健康相关生活质量评估工具的内容、特点、应用情况及局限性进行了详细阐述,并对纳入的14个量表从特点和应用情况等方面进行了对比分析,以期为我国护理工作者准确评估干眼患者健康相关生活质量提供可靠依据,为我国研究者制订或引进相关评估工具提供研究思路。 With the frequent use of electronic devices and the development of an aging population,the prevalence of dry eye has always been high.Dry eye disease can cause eye discomfort,visual disturbances,anxiety and depression and seriously affect their quality of life.This article elaborates on the content,characteristics,application and limitations of the health related quality of life(HRQOL)assessment tools for patients with dry eye disease at home and abroad and compares the characteristics and application of the 14 questionnaires included,in order to provide reliable basis for nursing workers in China to accurately assess HRQOL of dry eye patients and provide research ideas for Chinese researchers to formulate or introduce relevant assessment tools.
