VR视频宣教联合心理护理对肺癌患者术前焦虑及麻醉恢复的影响

Effect of VR video education combined with psychological nursing on preo perative anxiety and anesthesia recovery in patients with lung cancer

目的观察VR视频宣教联合心理护理对肺癌患者术前焦虑和麻醉恢复的影响。方法将100例肺癌患者根据干预方法不同分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组给予常规健康宣教和术前访视,观察组在此基础上采用VR视频宣教联合心理护理。观察两组患者术后麻醉复苏情况及干预前后睡眠质量、焦虑情绪。结果干预后,观察组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。干预后,两组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)各维度评分及总分均降低,且观察组患者PSQI各维度评分及总分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。两组患者在麻醉恢复期的躁动评分和Ramsay评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论VR视频宣教联合心理护理对肺癌患者术前焦虑有较好的缓解效果,可改善患者的睡眠质量,且麻醉恢复较好,具有良好的应用价值。

Objective To observe the effect of VR video education combined with psychological nursing on preoperative anxiety and anesthesia recovery in patients with lung cancer.Method A total of 100 lung cancer patients were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)according to the different intervention methods.The control group was given routine health education and preoperative visit,and the observation group was given VR video education combined with psychological nursing based on the fundamental regimen.The postoperative anesthesia recovery,sleep quality,anxiety emotions before and after the intervention in the two groups were observed.Result After the intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After the intervention,the individual dimension and total scores of the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)in the two groups were decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the agitation score and Ramsay score between the two groups during the anesthesia recovery period(P>0.05).Conclusion VR video education combined with psychological nursing has a good effect on alleviating preoperative anxiety in patients with lung cancer.The intervention could improve the sleep quality of patients and help them recover from anesthesia better,which has good application value.
